Over the past 12-18 months the Village of Mundelein has seen an increase in the sales of alcohol to those under 21 - in some cases even being sold by minors to minors. This week the Village Board heard a presentation from developers who've been working closely with the Wirtz family to create a unique neighborhood that'll be the first of it's kind in Illinois! With more than 2,000 homes of different types with design elements not seen to in today's developments, Ivanhoe Village is proposed with Traditional Neighborhood Designs (TND) to create a walkable and community feel.
